After feeling frustrated and defeated I got home and we decided to put an offer on one of the houses I saw. We sent in the contract today. Pray that God's will is done with this whole thing. It's a foreclosure and since we're dealing with a bank instead of an owner things are a little more up in the air than I would like. Thanks so much!

Jen, I can so sympathize with your frustration. When my husband and I moved from Charlotte, NC to Chicago this past spring, I thought there would be no way we would find a home that we could afford here let alone actually want to live in. But God opened up the door to a forclosure for us as well. It was a crazy couple of weeks as we waited on pins and needles to find out if they would consider our offer. I'm praying that if this is the right place for you guys, that the process will be quick and easy as possible. If not, God has a place out there for you :-)
